Chocolate-Hazelnut Mascarpone with Chocolate-Covered Strawberries
125 ml (½ cup) mascarpone cheese
45 ml (3 tbsp) plain Greek yogurt
45 ml (3 tbsp) chocolate-hazelnut Crémette from Wabasso Distillery
A pinch of fleur de sel
5 to 6 Verifruit chocolate-covered strawberries
2 to 3 fresh strawberries, sliced

Remove the Verifruit chocolate-covered strawberries from the freezer about 5 minutes before serving to allow them to thaw slightly.
In a blender, combine the mascarpone, Greek yogurt, and chocolate-hazelnut Crémette. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Using a spatula, spread the mixture on the bottom of a serving plate. Top with the chocolate-covered strawberries, followed by the sliced fresh strawberries.
Finish with a pinch of fleur de sel and serve immediately.
